ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old to view the mature / People collections, and at least the age of majority in your location to make a purchase. 2. THE SERVICE The Site lets you browse imagery for free, buy screen-size digital downloads, and order made-to-order canvas prints. Prints are produced and shipped by a third-party print provider. 3. LICENSE AND USE All images are owned by the Site and protected by copyright. A digital download is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the files. Canvas prints are for personal use. Commercial licensing is not granted unless agreed in writing. 4. PAYMENTS Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are shown at checkout in USD and may change at any time. 5. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access private files, scrape content, or infringe the Site's rights. 6. NO WARRANTY The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. 7.
