REFUND POLICY Digital downloads Wallpaper-size digital downloads are delivered to your account immediately after checkout. Because the file is available to you right away and cannot be returned, downloads are non-refundable. If a download ever fails, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will fix it. Canvas prints Canvas prints are made to order by our third-party print provider. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we will arrange a free replacement or a refund. Because each print is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has begun.
